Open Positions:

​Croissant Baker (Part-Time)

​

Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Employment Type: Part-Time

​

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Baker to assist with croissant and laminated dough production. Experience is helpful but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn, works hard, and takes pride in producing high-quality baked goods.

​

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, laminate, shape, proof, and bake croissants and other laminated pastries

  • Follow established recipes and production standards

  • Monitor proofing and baking times to ensure consistent results

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment

  • Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures

  • Assist with ingredient prep and basic inventory tasks

  • Work collaboratively to maintain efficient production flow

Qualifications

  • Experience with croissants or laminated dough is a plus, but not required

  • Willingness to learn classic pastry techniques

  • Ability to work independently in an early morning environment

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
